I will ensure that your sessions are fun, enlightening and empowering. I am committed to supporting & encouraging you to identify your own uniqueness, passions and values, giving you the tools and confidence to take action. With your 100% commitment, you will achieve your goals and enhance your successful career and any other areas of your life.

With my unique blend of skills including NLP, life coaching & project management, together with my enthusiastic, warm & energising nature, I am passionate about making a positive difference in my clients’ lives. I do this by helping them feel passionate about their career. I have a natural ability to recognise and extract my clients’ unique talents, and I then help them explore various career options. With my background in project management, I support my clients in mapping an action plan to successfully achieve their new career goals. I love my work and people say this shines through.

Lindsey’s Own Career Background

Before setting up GLOWS Career Coaching, Lindsey had 20 years experience in the corporate world, including 12 years at a senior management level. She has excellent people skills, she has developed many teams, she has worked in partnership with corporate clients and managed multi £m projects within the Finance Industry. Using her talent of identifying people’s unique qualities, she placed people in positions where they would successfully flourish. At times she noticed people in jobs that were not motivating them or using their skills. Seeing these frustrations was the catalyst in her setting up GLOWS Career Coaching which fulfils her mission to help people find the right career for them.

• Train the Trainer Master Certificate with Training Circle which is nationally recognised by ILM

• Licensed Firework™ Career Coach. Firework™ was developed by two of the country's leading Career Coaches.

Her Clients

Lindsey’s flexible and open-minded approach shows through her love of working with a variety of people. Many of her clients are professional people that realise that their career no longer fulfils them, they may be confused about who they are and what direction they are going in, and quite often say they are going through a "mid-life crisis". At the other end of the  spectrum, Lindsey works with many teenagers that are starting out in their career.
