Lindsey Reed has been coaching and developing people for over 12 years Her exceptional blend of skills which include the powerful use of neuro-linguistic programming, life coaching and project management benefit her clients. 

With her enthusiastic and energising nature, Lindsey is passionate about making a positive difference in her clients’ lives by encouraging them to also feel passionate about their career path. She has a natural ability of recognising and extracting her clients’ unique talents, and then assists them to explore various career options. Her background in project management means her clients can map out a detailed action plan to successfully achieve their new career goals. Lindsey loves her work and this shines through.

Lindsey has developed many people’s careers during her years as a successful senior manager within the corporate world and also as a freelance trainer. Within her responsibilities she set up many new teams and using her talent of identifying people’s unique qualities, she placed people in positions where they would successfully flourish.

Having experienced a major career change herself, this gives Lindsey the appreciation of the types of emotions that her clients’ may be going through in their own career change. Her own life has totally benefited from this change; her health, relationships, stress levels and work/life balance has significantly improved.
